Steps :

1. Configure the location and format using parameters log_archive_dest_1 and log_archive_format

2. Ensure physical location is created and assigned permissions using chown and chmod.

3. Shutdown instance grace fully and start in mount stage.

4. Enable Archive log mode

5. Open the Database instance

6. Verify the status of Archive log mode.

7. Give a Manual Switch to verify Archive generated and confirm the current archive log.
