Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for Course
that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Non-Refundable Fees:

All fees paid for courses, workshops, or training programs are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, course fees, and any other associated costs.

Cancellation Within 2 Days:

Cancellations made with in 2 days amount will be credited back into the source account of the student after cancellation Approved.

Cancellation After 2 Days:

Cancellations made after 2 calendar days from the date of payment are not allowed. However, no refunds will be provided. Instead, participants may be eligible for a course credit or transfer to a future session, subject to approval by the institute.

Transfer or Course Credit:

If a cancellation request is made after 2 days, participants may apply for a course credit, which can be used toward future programs offered by the institute. This credit will be processed and credited to the student’s account within 1 week of the cancellation request approval. The course credit must be used within 45 months of the original payment date.

Transfers to a different course or session are subject to seat availability and approval by the institute.

No Refunds After 2 Days:

After the 2-day window, no cancellations, course credits, or transfers will be permitted, and the full amount of the fees paid will be forfeited.

Course Cancellations by the Institute:

In case the institute cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be given the option to transfer to a new session or receive a full course credit. No monetary refunds will be provided.
