SYSDBA - Access to data stored on ASM , Creates and deletes files,Grant and revoke file access.

SYSASM - Full administrative Privileges

SYSOPER - Limited privileges ( start,stop, alter disk group) - But cannot repair.

Note: The sys user on the ASM is automatically created with the SYSASM Privilege.
