Step 1: Verify crs services online on node2.

[root@rac2 ~]# cd /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/

[root@rac2 grid]# cd bin

[root@rac2 bin]# ./crsctl check crs
CRS-4638: Oracle High Availability Services is online

Step 2 :

Deconfig for clean up to rerun root.sh

perl $GRID_HOME/crs/install/rootcrs.pl -verbose -deconfig -force -lastnode

From output - found cvuqdisk rpm not installed on rac2.

Installed.

[root@rac2 tmp]# rpm -ivh cvuqdisk-1.0.7-1.rpm
Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
